Q: What kind of products do you provide?
A: We provide all natural wholesale baked products that include: Florentines, cupcakes, coffee cakes, donut holes and whoopie pies. Each of our products are made fresh daily in our facility. Please see our product pages for more complete information on all of our products.

Q: How can I order each day, week or month?
A: We have a variety of ways to order product. Our customer service representatives can call you each order day at your convenience, or you can call us. If your needs do not vary, you can keep a standing order on file. You can email us your order each day, also. We try to make ordering convenient for our customers and will work with your needs.

Q: Is there a minimum order for delivery?
A: Minimum delivery is one case of products.
1 case = 12 coffee cakes; 48 cupcakes; 48 whoopie pies;
1 case of Florentines can be separated as follows:

• Retail almond and hazelnut sizes have 24 total tubs with 25 cookies each. You can split this to 12 tubs each of plain almond and hazelnut Florentines. 600 cookies total.
• Retail chocolate almond and hazelnut sizes have 24 tubs with 20 cookies each. You can split this to 12 tubs each of chocolate almond and hazelnut Florentines. 480 cookies total.
• Bulk almond and hazelnut sizes have 12 total tubs with 60 cookies each. You can split this to 6 tubs each of plain almond and hazelnut Florentines. 720 cookies total.
• Bulk chocolate almond and hazelnut sizes have 12 total tubs with 50 cookies each. You can split this to 6 tubs each of chocolate almond and hazelnut Florentines. 600 cookies total.

Q: What if I want to order but I don’t want to order an entire case, will you still deliver products to me?
A: Most of our customers meet our minimum orders for delivery each week. We always work with our smaller volume clients to ensure that delivery is not an issue.

Q: What is your delivery schedule?
A: We deliver freshly baked wholesale bakery products Monday through Friday. We work very hard to accommodate your schedule and delivery needs. We use UPS ground standard 1 or 2 day delivery. See our shipping map to find out how long product is en route.

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: Florentines shelf life is 60 days. Cupcakes, coffee cakes and whoopie pies are 5 days.

Q: How far in advance do I have to place order?
A: Most of our partners order at least 1week in advance but we can process orders in as little as 3 business days.

Q: Are your products baked fresh daily or is it frozen?
A: Our wholesale bakery products are produced and baked fresh daily. It may be necessary to freeze products over the weekend or for longer delivery time lines to ensure shelf life.
