Pricing

As a wholesale bakery Antonina’s does not maintain a retail store which keeps our overhead much lower than a retail bakery. We have also vertically integrated a main ingredient. Purchasing large amounts of wheat, grinding it ourselves and storing it in our own silo’s helps Antonina’s to escape the market fluctuation price of flour. We pass it along to our retail partners who span major retail natural food markets and many other smaller coffee shops - stands and speciality stores.

Wholesale Packaging

Packaging is set up to meet your needs as a wholesale partner. Plain shipping boxes are available if you desire to put your own sticker on them. More elegant display packages are available for in store placement. Our packaging and displays and labels are available upon request as well. Antonina’s is committed to working with our partners to meet their display and packaging expectations.

Display Island

Antonina’s Prod Display

This Island has multiple (4-5) shelves on each side and can be moved easily with wheels mounted on bottom of the display island.

Shelf life

Florentines shelf life is 60 days. Cupcakes - coffee cakes and whoopie pies are 5 days.
