Welcome to Antonina’s full service bakery! We bring you best of both worlds: Gluten and Gluten Free! This is only possible because we have two separate facilities dedicated to each world. The California facility continues to produce delicious treats with gluten and the Washington facility is 100% dedicated and certified Gluten Free bakery.
Our mission of inclusivity began within our own family. With her children suffering from food sensitivities, Antonina set out to create treats that they would love and she could trust.
What started as a finger-licking, mouth-watering, gluten-free carrot cupcake has now transformed into several dedicated gluten-free bakeries serving 100 retail chains around the United States. For 20 years, our delicious cupcakes, cookies, cakes, and muffins have been enjoyed by those with dietary sensitivities and those who just can’t get enough of our decadent creations.
With every bite, we strive to include our customers in our story. That’s why we’re delighted to be expanding from wholesale to retail, delivering cookies (and eventually other baked treats) straight to your door!
